Dare to show off your neckline with this beautiful Mexican-inspired necklace.
It is named after the Mexican painter Frida Kahlo. She was given the nickname 'La Paloma', which means dove, in contrast to her husband Diego Rivera: Frida Kahlo was slim and delicate, while her husband, known as ‘the elephant’, was tall and imposing. Frida Kahlo wore traditional Mexican necklaces with large beads, and this necklace was inspired by those pieces of jewellery.
‘La Paloma’ consists of large 14 mm wooden beads surrounding a large aged silver-plated metal pendant measuring 6.1 cm wide by 7.3 cm high, all strung on a leather cord that you can easily open and close using the stainless steel T-clasp.
Despite its size, this necklace is lightweight and comfortable to wear.
For hygiene reasons, I will not be able to accept returns of jewelry that has already been worn.
